This masterclass is perfect for anyone experiencing digestive issues, from constipation to diarrhoea, IBS, bloating, gas, fatigue, food intolerances or overall gut discomfort. Whether you're dealing with occasional bloating or chronic gut problems, this program offers valuable insights and actionable steps to finally become symptom free.

Throughout the 5 weeks, you'll be completely immersed in gut health. You'll learn about the importance of gut health and how the gut works, how to identify and address common gut issues, dietary changes, stress management techniques, gut testing and how to create sustainable habits for long-term health.

The masterclass consists of weekly modules that include video lessons, downloadable resources, and interactive assignments. You'll also have access to live Q&A sessions with our gut health expert and a supportive community of fellow participants.

Although it is recommended to join the live sessions to get the most out of the masterclass, all live sessions are recorded and will be available for you to watch at your convenience. You won't miss out on any important information, and you can review the replays at your own pace. 

On average, you should expect to spend about 1-2 hours for 5 week on the masterclass. This includes joining the live lessons, completing homework, and participating in live Q&A sessions.
